The Role of a Tenancy Manager
Must be comfortable with dogs.
As our business continues to grow, we are in search of a Tenancy Manager to join our Maintenance Team at Freedom Homes, a property management company in Peterborough that specialises in shared accommodation for working professionals.
This role plays an integral part in maintaining our exceptionally high standard of living for our tenants.
The duties will include, but are not restricted to:
Manage and oversee tenants in our properties
Coordinate with tenants, landlords, contractors and the team regarding any tenant
issues raised
Address tenant concerns regarding their tenancy and property
Use our CRM system to communicate with tenants
Keep tenants & landlords informed of works required/actions
Arrange and attend property inspections, providing feedback to landlords
Prepare and process tenancy deposits and associated paperwork
Liaise daily with Property Maintenance Manager
Certificate Renewals, i.e. Gas Safety, EICR, Legionella, EPC
To be considered for this role, you need:
A full UK driving licence and own transport
Minimum 1 year experience in a letting agency
Knowledge and experience with property management software
Working hours:
Full Time
Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm
Saturday (with a day-off in lieu during the week): 10am - 5pm
Salary:
£25,000 - £28,000 Experience Dependent
Start date June 2024
